Hi, I’m Deb!

I started backpacking in my mid-40s, and trust me, I was nervous! I spent hundreds of hours watching YouTube videos, learning everything I could to feel prepared. Now, my mission is to be that one safe, honest, and trusted place where women like you can get all the information, encouragement, and support you need to get started - at any age.

I'm Deb, a 51-year-young hiking and backpacking enthusiast. I’m also an award winning fitness & wellness expert with almost 20 years of experience helping women get strong and healthy.
